At EKON Group Inc., we are committed to providing high-value consultations, strategic services, and professional business support. Because we allocate time, planning, scheduling, administrative resources, and service capacity upon booking and payment, all sales are final.

No Refunds

EKON Group Inc. maintains a strict no-refunds policy.
No refunds, partial refunds, credits, charge reversals, or exchanges will be issued for:

  • Consultations

  • Strategy calls

  • Advisory services

  • Professional service packages

  • Digital service access

  • Custom or reserved service time

  • Any other service purchased through our website, invoice, or Stripe payment link

Once payment is submitted, the client acknowledges and agrees that the purchase is final, non-cancelable for refund purposes, and non-refundable.

Why Refunds Are Not Provided

Refunds are not provided because work may begin immediately upon payment, including but not limited to:

  • Scheduling and reserving calendar time

  • Administrative processing

  • Intake review

  • Business planning preparation

  • Resource allocation

  • Service capacity reservation

  • Internal coordination and fulfillment preparation

Even if a client does not fully use the service, attend a scheduled call, respond to follow-up requests, or complete intake steps, the purchase remains non-refundable.

Client Responsibility Before Purchase

By purchasing any consultation or service from EKON Group Inc., you confirm that you have:

  • Reviewed the service description

  • Reviewed this Refund Policy

  • Reviewed any applicable Cancellation Policy and Terms of Use

  • Had the opportunity to contact us with questions before payment

  • Determined that the service is appropriate for your needs before completing checkout

Missed Appointments and No-Shows

Failure to attend a scheduled consultation, call, or service session does not entitle the client to a refund.

If a separate Cancellation Policy or Rescheduling Policy applies, any rescheduling rights will be governed by that policy only. A missed appointment, late arrival, or no-show does not create any refund obligation.

Dissatisfaction

Because results can depend on factors outside our control, including client responsiveness, implementation, timing, market conditions, and third-party platforms, dissatisfaction with outcomes, pace, preferences, or subjective expectations does not qualify for a refund.

Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

By completing a purchase, the client agrees not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute on the basis of dissatisfaction with a clearly disclosed no-refunds policy.

If a customer has a concern about a charge, they should contact EKON Group Inc. first at the contact information below so we can review the matter in good faith. We reserve the right to present this policy, checkout records, communications, and proof of policy disclosure in response to any payment dispute or chargeback. Stripe specifically notes that merchants should keep and provide their refund/cancellation terms and proof that the customer agreed to them at checkout when defending certain disputes.

Exceptions

No refunds will be issued except where required by applicable law or where EKON Group Inc. elects, in its sole discretion, to provide a written exception. Any exception made in one instance does not waive our right to enforce this policy in any other instance.

Policy Display

This Refund Policy is intended to be displayed clearly on our website and made available before purchase. New Jersey guidance emphasizes that refund policies should be disclosed before purchase rather than only after the sale.
